Abstract

"couro reduzido e método de preparação do mesmo". são descritos um couro reduzido e um método de preparação do mesmo. o couro é feito principalmente por entrelaçamento tridimensional das fibras de colágeno obtidas através da desintegração de fibras de um material de couro, com uma densidade aparente de 0,35 g/cm3 a 1,4 g/cm3. o método de preparação do couro compreende as etapas de preparação das fibras de colágeno por desintegração de fibras de um material de couro, posicionamento, trançagem e processo de encolhimento a úmido-quente. o couro reduzido se aproxima de um couro natural na estrutura de entrelaçamento e na densidade aparente e cada um dos critérios de resistência, bem como a resistência ao desgaste. as vantagens do couro são que a peça de couro é grande e regular, para que ele pode ser arbitrariamente costurado, e a densidade aparente do entrelaçamento é consistente. os restos da indústria de couro são usados principalmente como matérias-prima para o couro reduzido. o método de preparação facilita o reaproveitamento dos recursos na indústria de couro.
