Abstract

método e aparelho de soldagem do oleoduto. a presente refere-se a um método para colocar um oleoduto no qual as passagens de soldagem externa e interna são realizadas para soldar juntas as seções do tubo (2a, 2b). o métdo inclui dispor uma seção do tubo (2b) adjacente à extremidade (2a) de um oleoduto assim definindo uma junta circunferencial (8) a ser soldada, realizando uma passagem da soldagem externa, com, por exemplo, tochas de gmaw - mig (10), na raiz da junta (8) a ser soldada na qual material de soldagem é depositada na raiz da junta a ser soldada, assim formando uma soldagem da raiz (4r), e então realizando uma passagem de soldagem interna, com, por exemplo, uma tocha de gtwa - tig (12), na soldagem da raiz (4r) na qual a soldagem da raiz (4r) é derretido e reformado. o método tem aplicação particular com relação ao capeamento dos tubos com liga resistente à corrosão (lrc) (6).
