Abstract

processo para a produção de tubos costurados helicoidais soldados com geometria tubular otimizada. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de tubos costurados helicoidais soldados (10), com geometria de tubo otimizada. nesse caso, uma faixa de metal (1) é moldada em forma de linha helicoidal, por meio de uma unidade de moldagem (11), para formar um tubo fendido e as bordas da faixa que correm juntas são soldadas juntas, sendo que um diâmetro real detectado no tubo soldade é comparado com um diâmetro teórico predeterminado e um eventual desvio localizado fora de um limiar de tolerância é empregado para uma correção do diâmetro real de tubo, sendo que a soldagem completa das bordas de faixa ocorre em uma etapa de dois estágios com uma soldagem de costura de aderência como sendo a primeira etapa imediatamente depois da moldagem como tubo fendido e uma soldagem final subsequente como sendo a segunda etapa. a medição do diâmetro de tubo ocorre, de acordo com a invenção, depois da moldagem completa para formar um tubo fendido antes da soldagem final. para isso, o dispositivo de medição de diâmetro (8) fica disposto de um modo tal que seja medido o tubo fendido completamente moldado ou o tubo apenas com costura de aderência.
