Abstract
La presente se refiere a un manguito para la reparación de tuberías de calentamiento de generadores de vapor (50, 70), que en uno de sus extremos presenta una brida circundante (36, 52, 72), que se transforma gradualmente en una región cónica (38, 54, 102) que se ahúsa exteriormente en dirección del otro extremo del manguito, al que se empalma un región rectilínea (56, 76). Se refiere también a un procedimiento para la reparación de tuberías de calentamiento de generadores de vapor para un tubería de calentamiento de un generador de vapor (12, 32, 86, 88, 90) incorporada en un generador de vapor (80) con un extremidad de tubo defectuosa, en donde una pluralidad de tuberías de calentamiento de un generador de vapor (12, 32, 86, 88, 90) son conducidos en sus respectivos extremos a través de una correspondiente parte inferior de la tubería, chapeada, (18, 44, 82) y se suelda al chapeado (20, 46, 84), abarcándose las etapas siguientes: 1) fresado cónico (14) del extremo defectuoso de la tubería y fresado de una depresión (16) en el chapeado (20, 46, 84) alrededor del extremo defectuoso de la tubería; 2) introducción de un manguito para la reparación de tuberías de calentamiento de generadores de vapor (50, 70) de acuerdo con la presente en el extremo defectuoso de la tubería, fresado cónicamente (14), estando el contorno exterior del manguito adaptado por lo menos en la región cónica (38, 54, 74) sobre el contorno interior del extremo fresado de la tubería; 3) abocardado del manguito para la reparación de tuberías de calentamiento de generadores de vapor (50, 70) en su región rectilínea (56, 76); 4) soldadura de la región de brida (36, 52, 72) del manguito para la reparación de tuberías de calentamiento de generadores de vapor (34), abocardado, con el chapeado (20, 46, 84), de manera tal de formar una costura hermética.
