Abstract

trata-se de um dispositivo de exibição que realiza uma redução no consumo de energia sem causa a deterioração de uma abertura. um elemento de capacitor de cristal líquido (clc) é interposto entre um eletrodo de pixel (20) e um conta-eletrodo (80). aplica-se uma contra-tensão (vcom) ao contra-eletrodo (80). o eletrodo de pixel (20), os terminais de um primeiro circuito de comutação (22) e de um segundo circuito de comutação (23), e um primeiro terminal de um segundo transistor (t2) forma um nó interno (n1). os outros terminais do primeiro circuito de comutação (22) são conectados à linha de origem (sl). o outor terminal do segundo circuito de comutação (23) é conectado à linha de suprimento de tensão (vsl) e é configurado por um circuito em série de transistores (t1 e t3). um terminal de controle do transitor (t1), um segundo terminal do transitor (t2), e um terminal de um elemento de capacitor de reforço (cbst) formam um nó de saída (n2). o outro terminal do elemento de capacitor de reforço (csbt), o terminal de controle do transistor (t2), e o terminal de controle do transistor (t3) são conectados a uma linha de reforço (bst), a uma linha de referência (ref), e a uma linha de seleção (sel), respectivamente.
