dispositivo para instalação em um veículo comercial e para aviso de advertência, método de operação do mesmo, aparato para posicionamento, método de operação do mesmo, sistema e veículo comercial. a invenção revela um dispositivo (1) para instalação em um veículo comercial (n) e preferencialmente para aviso de advertência e/ou chamar a atenção quanto a limitação de condução relevante para veículos comerciais. o dispositivo (1) compreende uma unidade de recebimento para receber pelo menos um item de informação relevante para veículos comerciais (ri), o qual é transmitido a partir de um aparato (2) arranjado em uma infraestrutura de tráfego (b), ou pelo menos adjacente a esta, e o qual se refere à infraestrutura de tráfego (b), e uma unidade de provisão para prover o item de informação relevante para veículos comerciais (ri) e/ou item de informação baseado nele para o condutor do veículo comercial (n). a invenção, adicionalmente, revela aparato (2) para posicionamento em ou pelo menos adjacente à infraestrutura de tráfego (b) e preferencialmente para aviso de advertência e/ou comunicação de limitação de condução relevante para veículos comerciais. o aparato (2) compreende unidade funcional para armazenamento e/ou processamento de pelo menos um item de informação relevante para veículos comerciais (ri) com relação à infraestrutura de tráfego (b) e unidade de transmissão para transmitir o item de informação relevante para veículos comerciais (ri) a um ou mais veículos comerciais (n).
