Abstract
ANEL DE CONTROLE DE ÓLEO DE TRÊS PEÇAS PARA MOTORES DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA, ELEMENTO EXPANSOR E ELEMENTO ANELAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um anel de controle de óleo de três peças para motores de combustão interna, composto por um elemento expansor (2) ao qual são associados um primeiro segmento anelar superior (3) e um segundo segmento anelar inferior (4) dotados de uma primeira superfície lateral interna (5) e uma segunda superfície lateral externa (6), onde ao elemento expansor (2) e/ou primeiro e segundo segmentos anelares (3,4) é aplicado um revestimento (7) de matriz de tungstênio metálico contendo nanocarbonetos de tungstênio WC, W~ 2~C, W~ 3~C, W~ 12~C ou uma mistura desses, o revestimento apresentando uma espessura entre 5<109>m e 150<109>m, dureza entre 1000HV e 3500HV e sendo aplicado pelo processo de deposição química por vapor (CVD).
