Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o revestimento de um objeto (1), sendo que sobre o objeto (1) é aplicado um revestimento (2) com uma ou mais camadas de revestimento (3, 4, 5), sendo que pelo menos uma camada de revestimento (5) é formada essencialmente de alumínio, titânio e nitrogênio, sendo que a camada de revestimento (5) pelo menos em parte apresenta lamelas adjacentes entre si de composição química diferente e é depositada a partir de uma fase gasosa com pelo menos um precursor de alumínio e pelo menos um precursor de titânio. de acordo com a invenção, as lamelas de composição química diferente são respectivamente formadas com estrutura cúbica, por meio do ajuste de uma proporção molar de alumínio para titânio, sendo que alumínio e titânio podem ser em parte substituídos por outros metais e nitrogênio em parte por oxigênio e/ou carbono, com manutenção da estrutura cúbica. além disso, a invenção se refere a um revestimento (2) preparado correspondentemente.
