Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA AQUISIçãO DE ARQUIVOS POR ACúMULO DE PONTOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (20) e um processo para adquirir arquivos (F) pelo acúmulo de pontos. O dispositivo é projetado para o usuário de um receptor de dados de uma rede de comunicação (5, 6, 7), capaz de ganhar pontos pela execução de pelo menos uma operação pré-definida e adquirir pelo menos um dos arquivos pela transferência por meio desta rede de comunicação, quando o número agregado de pontos atingir um nível predeterminado associado a este arquivo. O dispositivo compreende um módulo de controle automático (21) para ordenar a transferência, por meio desta rede, em um espaço de armazenamento (10) acessível a este receptor, de partes (PiF) deste arquivo, projetado para ordenar a transferência de cada uma destas partes quando o número de pontos ganhos por este usuário atingir uma fração deste nível predeterminado, que corresponde a esta parte.
