"PROCESSOS PARA A TRANSIçãO ENTRE VáRIOS CATALISADORES DE POLIMERIZAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a processos para a transição entre sistemas catalíticos de polimerização, de preferência sistemas catalíticos, que são incompatíveis entre si. Particularmente, a invenção refere-se a processos para a transição entre reações de polimerização de olefinas utilizando sistemas catalíticos de Ziegler-Natta, sistemas catalíticos de metaloceno e sistemas catalíticos à base de cromo.
