Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM TECIDO IMPRESSO DE MATERIAL FLEXìVEL DE MúLTIPLAS PREGAS, TAL COMO, PAPEL E MATERIAL NãO-TECIDO, E MATERIAL DE MúLTIPLAS PREGAS PRODUZIDO PELO MéTODO". A presente invenção se refere a um método para produção de um tecido de múltiplas pregas (17), tal como, papel e material não-tecido, compreendendo pelo menos uma primeira (1) e uma segunda prega (8) que são interligadas at de colagem em uma pluralidade de distintos locais de colagem (13) . O tecido é impresso com pelo menos um padrão de impressão (18, 19), que está em registro com o padrão de cola (12). O tecido de múltiplas pregas é produzido trazendo em contato uma primeira prega (1) com um rolo de transferência de cola padronizado (5), transferindo cola para a primeira prega em um padrão de cola, uma segunda prega (8) é trazida em contato com o lado aplicado da cola da primeira prega (1) em um dispositivo de aperto de prensa, entre um rolo de laminação padronizado (10) e um rolo de impressão (7), o rolo de transferência de cola (5) e o rolo de laminação (10) estando em registro entre si e apresentando correspondentes padrões. Pelo menos uma das pregas é impressa mediante um rolo de impressão (15, 16) portador de um corante, um agente protetor de pele ou outro agente químico funcional em um padrão selecionado, a dita impressão sendo executada em registro com a transferência de cola, ao mesmo tempo em que os primeiro e/ou segundo tecidos modelados com material flexível se encontram dispostos no dito rolo de impressão (7).
