Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM PNEU, E, MéTODO PAPA REDUZIR A VISCOSIDADE EM ALONGAMENTO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO ELASTOMéRICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir um pneu, que inclui: alimentar uma composição elastomérica a uma extrusora; formar, por extrusão, dita composição elastomérica como um elemento alongado contínuo; depositar dito elemento alongado contínuo em um suporte em uma pluralidade de espirais, para produzir um elemento estrutural de um pneu; em que a etapa de formar é realizada em uma taxa de cisalhamento de pelo menos 1000 s¬ -1¬ e a composição elastomérica compreende pelo menos um aditivo redutor da viscosidade em alongamento, em uma quantidade de modo que a viscosidade em alongamento de dita composição elastomérica, medida a 120<198>C, na taxa de cisalhamento da etapa de formação, seja pelo menos 10% inferior à viscosidade em alongamento, medida nas mesmas condições, da composição elastomérica destituída de dito aditivo.
