Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FORMAR UM COMPONENTE DE PNEU ANULAR ELASTOMéRICO". Um método e aparelho 100 para formar um componente de pneu elastomérico anular têm as etapas de extrusar pelo menos um material elastomérico anularmente sobre uma superfície 60 de suporte e moldar a pelo menos uma tira 2 de material elastomérico em um perfil predeterminado mediante formação da pelo menos uma tira 2 de material entre uma matriz 84 de moldar e a superfície 60 de suporte dessa forma alisando e espalhando a tira para o perfil desejado. O método pode incluir aplicar tiras adicionais 2 para formar componentes de múltiplas camadas. A superfície 60 de suporte pode ser separada de uma estação 200 de construção de pneu ou pode ser integral com uma estação 200 de construção de pneu. As tiras formadas podem incluir um ou mais componentes de pneu tal como uma parede lateral 20, um meio antifricção 30, um ápice 10 de talão, revestimentos 40 de estoque de lona, um forro interno 50, ou uma banda de rodagem 22.
