本实用新型涉及一种挤出胶条的压型装置,属于橡胶机械领域。设有冷喂料挤出机,其特征是:冷喂料挤出机的前端设有挤出机机头,挤出机机头前端安装有预口型,挤出机机头及预口型上安装有温控系统,温控系统与配电柜电连接,预口型前端安装有压型装置,压型装置前端安装有自动感应测宽装置,预口型一侧安装有可移动式型辊底座,可移动式型辊底座与定位风缸的缸杆相连,可移动式型辊底座的前方设有无动力辊,无动力辊的一侧安装有冷却鼓。本实用新型可以实时监控胶条的宽度并有效控制,提升轮胎内在质量的同时,最大限度的节约制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及橡胶机械领域,详细地讲是一种挤出胶条的压型装置。
背景技术
众所周知,工程子午胎的胎面设计重量重达上百公斤,采用的是热帖方式,热帖胶条通过口型挤出方式得到。所使用的冷喂料挤出机口型挤出方式受胶料、浮动调速辊和冷却辊的影响,胶条拉伸大,导致胎胚重量只能控制在标准胎胚重量的±3%左右,影响了轮胎内在质量的同时,也给成本控制带来了难度。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种挤出胶条的压型装置,解决因胶料、浮动调速辊和冷却辊的影响,造成口型挤出胶条拉伸大的问题,可以实时监控胶条的宽度并有效控制,提升轮胎内在质量的同时,最大限度的节约制造成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种挤出胶条的压型装置,设有冷喂料挤出机,其特征是:冷喂料挤出机的前端设有挤出机机头,挤出机机头前端安装有预口型,挤出机机头及预口型上安装有温控系统,温控系统与配电柜电连接,预口型前端安装有压型装置,压型装置前端安装有自动感应测宽装置,预口型一侧安装有可移动式型辊底座,可移动式型辊底座与定位风缸的缸杆相连,可移动式型辊底座的前方设有无动力辊,无动力辊的一侧安装有冷却鼓。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以实时监控胶条的宽度并有效控制,提升轮胎内在质量的同时,最大限度的节约制造成本。

具体实施方式
在图1中,本实用新型设有冷喂料挤出机1,冷喂料挤出机1的前端设有挤出机机头4,挤出机机头4前端安装有预口型5,挤出机机头4及预口型5上安装有温控系统2,温控系统2与配电柜3电连接,预口型5前端安装有压型装置6,压型装置6前端安装有自动感应测宽装置7,预口型5一侧安装有可移动式型辊底座9,可移动式型辊底座9与定位风缸8的缸杆相连,可移动式型辊底座9的前方设有无动力辊10,无动力辊10的一侧安装有冷却鼓11,各设备的电气控制装置与可编程控制器12相连。
操作人员通过配电柜3给设备送电,然后打开温控系统2进行设备升温,待设备温度达到工艺要求后,将密炼机送达的合格胶料喂入冷喂料挤出机1,经挤出机机头4前端的预口型5挤出设定温度的胶条,胶条进入压型装置6,自动感应测宽装置7开始对经过压型装置6的胶条进行实时监控并立即进行调整至工艺要求宽度,不符合工艺要求的胶条由操作人员用专用剪刀剪断,存放于不合格胶条存放架上,符合工艺要求的胶条经过无动力辊10后到达冷却鼓11上进行冷却,然后传送到需要的工位上。操作人员在切换规格时,需要将定位风缸8打开,推动可移动式型辊底座9至无动力辊10侧,打开挤出机机头4后清理冷喂料挤出机1内剩余胶料完毕后,合上挤出机机头4并将可移动式型辊底座9推回至预口型5位置,将定位风缸8锁紧,通过可编程控制器12将相关参数进行设定,然后根据需要进行胶条挤出动作。

1.一种挤出胶条的压型装置,设有冷喂料挤出机,其特征是:冷喂料挤出机的前端设有挤出机机头,挤出机机头前端安装有预口型,挤出机机头及预口型上安装有温控系统,温控系统与配电柜电连接,预口型前端安装有压型装置,压型装置前端安装有自动感应测宽装置,预口型一侧安装有可移动式型辊底座,可移动式型辊底座与定位风缸的缸杆相连,可移动式型辊底座的前方设有无动力辊,无动力辊的一侧安装有冷却鼓。
