Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE MICROESFERAS CATALISADORAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de partículas catalisadoras com um diâmetro de partícula na faixa de 20 a 2000 mícrons, envolvendo as etapas de agitar, pelo menos dois ingredientes catalisadores secos, borrifar um agente aglutinante líquido sobre os ingredientes catalisadores, ao mesmo tempo que continua a agitação, e isolar as partículas catalisadoras formadas com o diâmetro de partícula desejado e compreendendo os ingredientes catalisadores. Em contrapartida à maneira convencional de se preparar tais partículas, ou seja a secagem por atomização, o presente processo permite a formação de pequenas partículas a partir de pastas fluidas com um alto teor de sólidos. Deste modo, quantidades menores de líquido têm de ser evaporadas, o que torna a energia de processo mais eficaz.
