Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE 4-AMINODIFENILAMINA". A invenção refere-se a um método da produção de 4-aminodifenilamina incluindo as etapas de a) reagir uma anilina ou derivado da mesma com nitrobenzeno em uma zona confinada na presença de uma mistura composta de uma base e de um oxidante compreendendo peróxido de hidrogênio em uma quantidade de cerca de 0,01 a cerca de 0,60 mol de peróxido de hidrogênio para moles de nitrobenzeno para obter pelo menos um intermediário de 4aminodifenilamina; e b) reduzir o intermediário a 4 - aminodifenilamina, e c) opcionalmente alquilar com redução 4-aminodifenilamina a um derivado de 4-aminodifenilamina alquilado. A invenção também refere-se a um método de produção de intermediário de 4-aminodifenilamina de acordo com a reação acima.
