Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR ANIDRIDO MALEICO". Processo para preparar anidrido maleico por meio de oxidação em fase gasosa catalisada heterogeneamente de hidrocarbonetos apresentando pelo menos quatro átomos de carbono por meio de gases contendo oxigênio a de 350 a 500<198>C na presença de um composto de fósforo volátil sobre um catalisador contendo vanádio, fósforo e oxigênio em uma unidade de reator de feixe de tubos apresentando pelo menos uma zona de reação resfriada com um meio de transferência de calor, em que a temperatura de alimentação e/ou a quantidade de alimentação do meio de transferência de calor que flui para a primeira zona de reação relativamente ao sentido do eduto são ajustadas de tal forma que a temperatura média do meio de transferência de calor na primeira zona de reação T~ SB~ (1<a> zona) que é calculada como a média da temperatura do fluxo de entrada e a temperatura do fluxo de saída do meio de transferência de calor, é de acordo com as fórmulas (I) e (II) T~ SB~(1<a> zona) <243> T~ D~(1^ st^ zona) - T~ segurança~(1<a> zona) (I) T~ SB,Amax~ (1<a> zona) - T~ A~(1<a> zona) <243> T~ SB~(1<a> zona) <243> T~ SB,Amax~(1<a> zona) + T~ B~(1<a> zona) (II), em que T~ D~ (1<a> zona) é a temperatura de passagem da primeira zona de reação; T~ segurança~(1<a> zona) é a temperatura de segurança da primeira zona de reação e tem um valor de 1<198>C; T~ SB,Amax~(1<a> zona) é a temperatura média do meio de transferência de calor na primeira zona de reação sendo que o rendimento máximo de anidrido maleico é obtido na faixa T~ SB~(1<a> zona) <243> T~ D~(1<a> zona); T~ A~(1<a> zona) é 20<198>C; e T~ B~(1<a> zona) é 10<198>C.
