Abstract

"PAINEL LAMINADO PARA VIDRAçA, SEU USO E PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". Trata-se de um painel laminado para vidraça compreendendo dois estratos de vidro e um estrato de plástico possuindo um ou mais diodos emissores de luz montados sobre uma placa de circuitos laminada entre os estratos de vidro, formando um dispositivo de LED. A placa de circuitos consiste normalmente em uma placa flexível de circuitos compreendendo um substrato (por exemplo, de poliimida ou poliéster) e uma camada condutora (por exemplo, uma folha metálica de cobre ou uma tinta condutora). Preferencialmente, o estrato plástico possui uma espessura anteriormente à laminação de 2 mm ou menos e a espessura do painel laminado de vidraça é de 8 mm ou menos. Uma pluralidade de diodos emissores de luz podem ser montados sobre a placa flexível de circuitos e laminados entre os estratos de vidro; o painel de vidraça resultante pode adicionalmente compreender símbolos, indícios ou marcações sobre pelo menos uma camada ou estrato. Também são divulgados dois processos para produção de um painel laminado de vidraça, cada um dos mesmos compreendendo o posicionamento de um dispositivo de LED no interior de um recorte formado em um estrato plástico e intercalação do estrato plástico entre dois estratos de vidro, anteriormente à laminação dos estratos. Podem ser utilizados um ou mais estratos plásticos, e o dispositivo de LED pode ser revestido em um material plástico. Os painéis laminados para vidraça de acordo com a invenção podem ser utilizados em uma janela, porta ou tela.
