Claims (11)
- 2つのガラスペイン又はポリカーボネートペイン(1a、1b)、並びに、それらの間に結合されている少なくとも1つのポリマーフィルム(1c)又はフィルム積層体、及びそれらの間に配置されている電子機能ユニット(2b)、を有する積層ガラスペイン(1)であって、
前記積層ガラスペインの領域の一部で、前記ポリマーフィルム又は前記フィルム積層体の切り欠き(1d)が提供されており、
この切り欠きに、完全に事前形成された電子機能モジュール(2)が収容されており、
前記電子機能モジュールが、複数の電子機能ユニット(2b)及び/又は他の部品(2c)を有しており、これらが、電気的かつ機械的に保護性の絶縁シェル内で、特には前記ポリマーフィルム又は前記フィルム積層体の厚み以下の厚みを有するポリマー性のキャスティング化合物から構成されている包囲体内で、前記機能モジュール内において、互いに横方向で隣り合って、かつ/又は垂直方向で少なくとも部分的に重なり合って、配置されている、
積層ガラスペイン(1)。 - 乗り物のフロントウィンドウ(1)又はリアウィンドウ又はルーフグレージングとして実施されており、
前記ポリマーフィルム(1c)又は前記フィルム積層体の前記切り欠き(1d)、及び前記事前形成された電子機能モジュール(2)が、前記積層ガラスペインの端部又は端部近傍に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の積層ガラスペイン。 - 前記ポリマーフィルム(1c)又は前記フィルム積層体、及び前記電子機能モジュールの厚みが、1.2mm未満であり、特には、0.6mmと1.0mmとの間の範囲である、請求項1又は2に記載の積層ガラスペイン。
- 前記電子機能モジュール(2)が、平坦なプリズムの形状、特には平坦な直方体の形状又は平坦な円形ディスクの形状を有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン。
- 前記平坦なプリズム又は前記平坦な円形ディスクの2つの主表面が、前記ガラスペイン又は前記ポリカーボネートペインの間で前記電子機能モジュール(2)を結合させるための接着剤でコーティングされている、請求項4に記載の積層ガラスペイン。
- 前記電子機能モジュール(2)が、下記の機能ユニットのうちの少なくとも1つ、特には複数を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン:
湿度センサ、光センサ、温度センサ、アンテナ、アクチュエータ、電子処理ユニット又は電子切り替えユニット、LCDディスプレイユニット、及びLEDディスプレイユニット。 - 前記電子機能モジュール(2)が、統合的に事前形成された電気供給ライン(2a)を有し、この電気供給ラインが、特には、前記ポリマーフィルム又は前記フィルム積層体の供給ライン切り欠きに収容されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)を少なくとも1つ有する、特には道路の、乗り物。
- 下記の工程を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)を製造する方法:
− 第一及び第二のガラスペイン又はポリカーボネートペイン(1a、1b)を提供すること、
− 前記第一及び第二のガラスペイン又はポリカーボネートペインを結合するための、切り欠き(1d)を備えているポリマーフィルム(1c)又はフィルム積層体を、提供すること、
− 完全に事前形成された電子機能モジュール(2)を提供すること、ここで、この電子機能モジュールの断面形状が、前記ポリマーフィルム又は前記フィルム積層体における前記切り欠きの形状に一致しており、この電子機能モジュールの厚みが、前記ポリマーフィルム又は前記フィルム積層体の厚み以下である、
− 前記第一又は第二のガラスペイン又はポリカーボネートペインの表面の上に、前記ポリマーフィルムを接着し、かつ前記事前形成された電子機能モジュールを配置すること、
− 得られた複合体に、前記第二のガラスペイン又はポリカーボネートペインを配置すること、並びに、
− 前記第二のガラスペイン又はポリカーボネートペインがその上に配置された前記複合体を積層して、積層ガラスペインを完成させること、
ここで、前記完全に事前形成された電子機能モジュール(2)の提供は、それに含まれる前記機能ユニット(2b)及び/又は部品(2c)の絶縁性包囲体の作製、特にはキャスティング化合物を有する包囲体としての絶縁性包囲体の作製で、完成する。 - 前記電子機能モジュール(2)の提供が、その2つの対向する平行な主表面を接着剤でコーティングすることを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記完全に事前形成された電子機能モジュール(2)の提供が、それに、特にはリボンケーブルの形態の、電気接続ライン(2a)を提供することを含む、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
