Abstract

Description
本发明涉及复合玻璃板,其具有两个玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板和至少一个粘在它们之间的聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体和布置在其之间的电子功能单元。本发明还涉及用于制造这类复合玻璃板的方法。
在机动车中和在建筑物的情况中,环境的状态或参数的检测对于安全和有效运行而言起着越来越重要的作用。因此,现代载人轿车以及高端建筑物都配备有多种传感器,这些传感器检测相关的环境状态或参数,并将当前值提供给控制运输工具或建筑物的功能的处理和控制单元。此外,这不仅适用于机动车,而且在某种程度上也适用于某些船舶。
某些传感器可以有利地安置在载人轿车的前玻璃板上或中,或任选地还安置在后玻璃板或玻璃顶单元上或中。自长久以来已知相应的布置用于所谓的雨水传感器,该雨水传感器用于控制运输工具的雨刮器功能。在基本上完全预制运输工具组件的一般趋势的范围内,存在旨在将相应的传感器集成到运输工具的预制玻璃单元(例如前玻璃板或后玻璃板)中的研发。在未公开的欧洲专利申请号17192877.3中提到了相应的解决方案。
此外,从EP2121308B1或CN101087135A中已知具有集成或部分集成的传感器的运输工具玻璃板。从DE102004054465A1中已知光学湿度传感器,其用于检测机动车玻璃板的外侧和/或内侧的湿度并集成在PVB薄膜中,通过该PVC薄膜使得复合玻璃板的两个玻璃板相互接合。此外,从WO2015/162107A1中已知具有经照亮的开关区和加热功能的玻璃面板。
根据迄今的现有技术,电子功能单元及其馈线在复合玻璃板中的集成在每种情况下在所谓的在线过程中,即在两个玻璃板与位于其间的聚合物薄膜(PVB薄膜)的粘合过程中进行。由此,对原则上可以高速进行的接合过程设置时间限制,该时间限制由各组件、导线等的特定性质产生并导致接合过程(在线过程)的生产率明显降低。
因此,本发明的目的是提供改进的复合玻璃板及其改进的制造方法,其允许以高生产量和相应低成本进行有效制造。
该目的在其装置方面通过根据本发明的复合玻璃板来实现,并且在其方法方面通过根据本发明的方法来实现。本发明构思的适宜的扩展方案从进一步的说明书中获知。
本发明包括如下构思:将要安置在配备有电子器件或传感器的复合玻璃板中的电子功能单元和任选其它部件合并以产生预制的电子功能模块,并将其与聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体一起供应到所提到的在线过程中到所提到的在线过程中,并在在线过程中以对于该过程常见的生产量共同加工。本发明还包括如下构思:为此在复合玻璃板的部分面区域中设置聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体的切口,其对应于该功能模块的横向尺寸。此外,需要以最多等于聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体厚度的厚度来产生所述功能模块,以使得在线过程可以用通常在这种情况下使用的聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体进行。

通过本发明,实现了显著优点:可以克服迄今在传感器或其它电子功能元件或结构集成到复合玻璃板中时强制性伴随的生产率限制和与其相关的成本增加。此外,相应元件和结构在封闭的功能模块中的最大程度联合使得能够进行其独立预测试并因此在将缺陷功能单元装入昂贵的最终产品中之前及时将其剔出。此外,可以通过本发明基本上避免由于电子功能单元中的技术变化而引起的在线过程的技术变化,因为所述电子功能单元中的技术变化在电子功能模块内实现并且通常不影响功能模块的外形。
从当前观点来看在经济上特别有意义的实现方式中,本发明的复合玻璃板被制造为运输工具的前玻璃板或后玻璃或顶玻璃,其中聚合物薄膜或和薄膜层压体的切口和预制的电子功能模块布置在该复合玻璃板的边缘处或附近。这里值得一提的是大量用在道路运输工具,特别是载人轿车中。但是,除此之外,还可以用在其它运输工具,例如小船、小型飞机、空中的士等中。除了本发明用在运输工具中外,在建筑物玻璃中的使用也可以是有用的。
根据已确立的制造特别用于道路运输工具的复合玻璃板的技术,在本发明的优选实施方案中,聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体和电子功能模块的厚度为小于1.2mm,特别是0.6mm至1.0mm。应当理解,本发明也可以有利地与更厚的聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体结合使用,其中此时多个功能元件在单个功能模块中的安置在电参数和接合和包封技术方面可以变得更容易。

从当前观点来看有意义的实现方式中,所述电子功能模块包括下列功能单元的至少一个:湿度传感器、光传感器、温度传感器、天线、致动器、电子处理或开关单元、LCD显示单元和LED显示单元。特别是可以含有该组中的多于一个功能单元,其中此时模块化预制的优点变得特别显眼。
本发明的优点同样明显地表明在其它实施方案中,其中完全预制的电子功能模块包括整体预制的电馈线,其特别是安置在聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体的馈线切口中。原则上,也可以为该功能模块配备多个集成的馈线,只要这出于最佳运行的考虑是有意义的。
本发明的方法方面基本上从上述装置方面得出,并因此在此不再赘述。然而要指出的是,权利要求9中详述的方法及其实施方案的步骤可以在如下程度上修改,只要这使根据本发明设置的电子功能模块的特定实施方案看起来有意义。在此重要的是通过电子功能单元的模块化预制而对于将单个玻璃板与聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体接合的高产量方法而言实际上实现该优点。
此外,借助附图由下面实施例的说明得出本发明的优点和适宜性。在这些图中:图1a和1b显示了本发明的一个实施例的示意图(俯视图和截面图),且
图2显示了用于解释本发明方法的示意图。
图1a示意性地显示了根据本发明的一个实施例的载人轿车的前玻璃板1的俯视图,且图1b显示了其沿截平面A-A的截面图。前玻璃板1作为复合玻璃板形成,其具有第一和第二玻璃板1a、1b和粘在所述玻璃板之间的聚合物薄膜1c。在前玻璃板的上边缘附近的区域中,在聚合物薄膜1c中设置切口1d,在该切口中在第一和第二玻璃板1a、1b之间插入电子功能模块2。功能模块2包括以整体与其一起制成的连接导线(扁平带状电缆)2a。
图2示意性地显示了制造图1中所示的复合玻璃板的基本步骤。
在步骤S1中,将电子功能单元2b和另一部件2c以及预制的馈线2a'预组装以产生功能模块结构2'。功能模块结构2'在步骤S2中被绝缘且机械保护性的浇注物料包覆并且两侧配备有胶粘涂层(未示出),由此获得制成的电子功能模块2。在步骤S3中,为PVB薄膜1c'配备与电子功能模块2的横向尺寸匹配的切口1d,并产生如图1中所示的预配置的PVB薄膜1c。
在所谓的在线过程的第一步骤S4中,将已配置的PVB薄膜1c和预制的电子功能模块2施加到第一玻璃板1a上,并在随后的步骤S5中将第二玻璃板1b放到所述预组装的构造组合件上,并将该堆叠体以常规方式层压以产生复合玻璃板1。
本发明的实施方式不限于上述实施例,而是以处于所附权利要求书范围内的多种变体同样可行。

Claims (9)
1.复合玻璃板(1),其具有两个玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板(1a、1b)和至少一个粘在它们之间的聚合物薄膜(1c)或薄膜层压体和布置在其之间的电子功能单元(2b),
其中在所述复合玻璃板的部分面区域中设置聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体的切口(1d)并在该切口中安置完全预制的电子功能模块(2),所述电子功能模块包括多个电子功能单元(2b)和/或其它部件(2c),它们在横向彼此相邻地和/或至少部分地垂直重叠地布置在功能模块内的电和机械保护性的由聚合物浇注物料制成的绝缘包封物中,所述功能模块具有最多等于聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体厚度的厚度,
其中电子功能模块(2)包括整体预制的电馈线(2a),其安置在聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体的馈线切口中,
其中电子功能模块(2)具有扁平棱柱或扁平圆盘的形状,
其中所述扁平棱柱或扁平圆盘的两个主表面被用于将电子功能模块(2)粘到所述玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板之间的胶粘剂涂覆。
2.根据权利要求1的复合玻璃板,其被制造为运输工具的前玻璃板或后玻璃板或顶玻璃,其中聚合物薄膜(1c)或薄膜层压体的切口(1d)和预制的电子功能模块(2)布置在复合玻璃板的边缘处或附近。
3.根据权利要求1或2的复合玻璃板,其中聚合物薄膜(1c)或薄膜层压体和电子功能模块的厚度为小于1.2mm。
4.根据权利要求3的复合玻璃板,其中聚合物薄膜(1c)或薄膜层压体和电子功能模块的厚度为0.6mm至1.0mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2的复合玻璃板,其中电子功能模块(2)具有扁平长方体的形状。
6.根据权利要求1或2的复合玻璃板,其中电子功能模块(2)包括下列功能单元的一个或多个:湿度传感器、光传感器、温度传感器、天线、致动器、电子处理或开关单元、LCD显示单元和LED显示单元。
7.具有至少一个根据权利要求1至6任一项的复合玻璃板(1)的运输工具。
8.制造根据权利要求1至6任一项的复合玻璃板(1)的方法,其包括步骤:
-提供第一和第二玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板(1a、1b),
-提供聚合物薄膜(1c)或薄膜层压体,其用于将第一和第二玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板接合并具有其中设置的切口(1d),
-提供完全预制的电子功能模块(2),其截面形状与所述聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体中的切口形状匹配,并且其厚度最多等于该聚合物薄膜或薄膜层压体的厚度,其中提供电子功能模块(2)包括用胶粘剂涂覆该电子功能模块的两个相对的平行主面,其中提供完全预制的电子功能模块(2)包括为其配备电馈线(2a),
-将聚合物薄膜粘到并将预制的电子功能模块放到第一或第二玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板的表面上,
-将第二玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板铺设到由此形成的复合体上,并
-将所述复合体与铺设的第二玻璃质或聚碳酸酯的玻璃板层压以制造所述复合玻璃板,其中提供完全预制的电子功能模块(2)包括产生其中包含的电子功能单元(2b)和/或其它部件(2c)的绝缘包封物,其作为使用浇注物料的浇注。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其中该电馈线(2a)是扁平带状电缆的形式。
