Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA REVESTIR SUPERFìCIE, E PARA PRODUZIR DISPOSITIVO BIOCOMPATìVEL COM SUPERFìCIE REVESTIDA, REVESTIMENTO SUPERFICIAL BIOCOMPATìVEL E, DISPOSITIVO COM SUPERFìCIE REVESTIDA". é descrito um método de revestimento superficial para aplicar um revestimento cerâmico ligado quimicamente em um substrato, que compreende as etapas de preparar uma mistura em pó com base em uma fase aglutinante de cerâmica hidráulica, preparar uma superficie do substrato, aplicar pelo menos uma camada da mistura em pó no substrato e finalmente hidratar a camada/camadas de pó pela adição de uma solução à base de água. O método da presente invenção pode ser aplicado sem usar temperaturas elevadas, equipamento complicado e complexo, ao mesmo tempo em que mantém controle sobre a microestrutura do revestimento. O procedimento inventivo pode ser usado convenientemente para produzir implantes ortopédicos e dentários em geral. Os revestimentos inventivos podem também ser usados em aplicações de tecnologia de microestrutura ou em aplicações de desgaste e atrito.
