"CORPO DE CORTE, E, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA CAMADA DE MATERIAL DURO". Como revestimento, em particular para corpo de corte é previsto uma camada TiBN, que é uma fase misturada de TiN e TiB~ 2~. O teor de boro <242>6 % em peso. A taxa de separação é maior que a camada de TiN e também, maior que a camada de TiB~ 2~. A dureza está entre 3500 HV a 5000 HV.
