Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR UM TECIDO MULTIFOLHA DE MATERIAL FLEXìVEL, TAL COMO PAPEL E NãO-TECIDOS, E MATERIAL MULTIFOLHA PRODUZIDO PELO MéTODO". A invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um tecido multifolha (26) de material flexível, tal como papel e não-tecidos, por meio de colagem das folhas. A cola é transferida em etapas subseq³entes para um primeiro material flexível em forma de tecido (1) por meio de pelo menos dois cilindros de transferência de cola padronizados (5; 12), em um padrão correspondendo ao padrão dos cilindros de transferência de cola. Um segundo material em forma de tecido (16) é colocado em contato com o lado contendo cola do dito primeiro material em forma de tecido (1) em pelo menos um nip (18; 23) entre pelo menos um cilindro de laminação padronizado (19; 22) e um cilindro de impressão (9). O pelo menos um cilindro de laminação apresenta um padrão tridimensional apresentando um formato e uma configuração de maneira a aplicar pressão aos primeiro e segundo materiais em forma de tecido combinados substancialmente apenas substancialmente apenas em pelo menos algumas das áreas contendo cola exatamente opostas do primeiro material em forma de tecido (1), e é acionado em registro com o primeiro (5) e/ou segundo (12) cilindro de transferência de cola. Refere-se ainda a um produto multifolha produzido de acordo com o método.
