Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE COMPOSTO DE áCIDO (MET)ACRìLICO". Processo para produzir um composto de ácido (met)acrílico, que compreende destilar o ácido acrílico, ácido metacrílico (estes serão a seguir referidos geralmente como "ácido (met)acrílico") ou um éster destes (estes serão a seguir referidos geralmente como "um composto de ácido (met)acrílico") em uma coluna de destilação para obter um composto de ácido (met)acrílico purificado, caracterizado pelo fato de que no decorrer da operação da coluna de destilação incluindo suspensão e retomada da operação, a coluna de destilação seja lavada com água e, a seguir, a lavagem interna com um solvente orgânico e/ou destilação azeotrópica na presença do solvente orgânico seja conduzida. Em alguns casos, a lavagem com água alcalina pode ser adicionada antes da lavagem com água. A lavagem da coluna de destilação para separar e purificar um composto de ácido (met)acrílico bruto, pode ser realizada facilmente. Em particular, em um processo para produzir um composto de ácido (met)acrílico, uma substância usada em uma etapa antes ou depois da coluna de destilação pode ser utilizada para recuperar uma substância valiosa e a coluna de destilação pode ser eficientemente limpa.
