Abstract

"APARELHO PARA CORTAR E DESCARREGAR PALHA DE UMA COLHEITADEIRA COMBINADA". Um aparelho de corte e descarga inclui um alojamento estacionário (10) para conexão à descarga traseira de uma colheitadeira combinada de maneira que palha é alimentada do combinado para dentro de uma entrada (15) do alojamento e é descarregada a partir de uma saída (16) do alojamento (10). Dentro do alojamento está montado um cilindro (17) para rotação em torno de um eixo horizontal (18) com o cilindro carregando uma pluralidade de ressaltos (21) em posições angular e axialmente espaçadas no seu entorno, cada ressalto carregando um par de elementos de lâmina articulados (19) que são girados com o cilindro na forma de manguais. Cada ressalto está associado com uma lâmina estacionária (20) no interior do alojamento de modo que o par de lâminas (19) carregado sobre cada ressalto varre através da lâmina estacionária (20) cada uma de um lado respectivo da lâmina estacionária. Os elementos de lâmina incluem algumas lâminas de corte planas em uma seção central e apenas lâminas de ventilação (34) em seções de extremidade de ventilação.
