Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO INTEGRADA DE FERRAMENTA E MéTODO PARA O CONTROLE DE UMA MáQUINA-FERRAMENTA E DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE MEDIçãO ASSOCIADO". Um dispositivo para a fabricação integrada de ferramenta inclui não apenas um módulo de exibição e um módulo de entrada para interrogar todas operações de usinagem necessárias e operações de medição, ou para a definição de todos pontos de medição, mas também um módulo de programa de usinagem, o qual, a partir das entradas, gera um programa de controle de máquina, e um módulo de programa de medição, o qual, a partir das entradas pertencentes à medição, gera um programa de medição para o controle de uma máquina de medição. Ambos módulos de programa (o módulo de programa de usinagem e o módulo de programa de medição) acessam um e o mesmo conjunto de dados que é definido, por exemplo, por meio de modelo geométrico. Este conjunto de dados e comum permite uma elaboração interativa de uma peça em bruto na tela, sendo que e o programa de medição e o programa de usinagem são elaborados de forma consistente e paralela.
