Abstract

"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA O TRATAMENTO TéRMICO A UMA ALTA TEMPERATURA E PARA A DENSIFICAçãO POR INFILTRAçãO QUìMICA NA FASE DE VAPOR DAS TEXTURAS DE CARBONO". O tratamento térmico é realizado sobre as pré-formas colocadas no recinto (11) com a varredura através do gás neutro e sob baixa pressão, e com a extração continua do efluente gasoso através da primeira saída do efluente (40) acoplada a um circuito de evacuação do efluente. Ao final do tratamento térmico, a primeira saída do efluente gasoso é fechada, a fim de isolar o circuito de evacuação do efluente relativo ao recinto, a varredura do recinto através do gás neutro é interrompida, e ao efetuar o encadeamento uma densificação das pré-formas tratadas termicamente são deixadas no recinto, admitindo no recinto uma fase gasosa reativa através de ao menos um condutor (32) de admissão de fase gasosa reativa descarregando no recipiente, com a extração do efluente gasoso através da segunda saída do efluente (60) distinta da primeira, a segunda saída é fechada durante a etapa de tratamento térmico. Vantajosamente, efetua a neutralização do metal, especialmente do sódio, contido no efluente gasoso extraído do recinto durante a etapa de tratamento térmico.
