Description
前記カーボン繊維プリフォームをエンクロージャに入れる工程と、
前記エンクロージャを低圧下で不活性ガスにより掃引しながら、前記エンクロージャにおいて前記プリフォームを熱処理する工程と、
前記熱処理中、第一流出物排気回路に接続した第一流出物出口を介して流出ガスを連続的に抜き出す工程と、
熱処理の終わりに、前記第一ガス流出物出口を閉じて前記流出物排気回路を前記エンクロージャから隔離する工程と、
不活性ガスによる前記エンクロージャの掃引を中断する工程と、
前記熱処理したプリフォームを前記エンクロージャに残し、試薬ガスを、前記エンクロージャに開口している少なくとも一つの試薬ガス導入ダクトを介して前記エンクロージャに入れることによりそれらを高密度化する工程であって、流出ガスを第一流出物出口とは異なる第二流出物出口から抜き出し、前記第二出口を前記熱処理工程中に閉める工程と、
を含む方法により達成される。
Claims (13)
- カーボン繊維からできた繊維状プリフォームを高温熱処理と高密度化に附する方法であって、
前記プリフォームをエンクロージャに入れる工程と、
前記エンクロージャを低圧下で不活性ガスにより掃引しながら、前記エンクロージャにおいて前記プリフォームを熱処理する工程と、
前記熱処理中、流出物排気回路に接続した第一流出物出口を介して流出ガスを連続的に抜き出す工程と、
熱処理の終わりに、前記第一ガス流出物出口を閉じて前記流出物排気回路を前記エンクロージャから隔離する工程と、
不活性ガスによる前記エンクロージャの掃引を中断する工程と、
前記熱処理したプリフォームを前記エンクロージャに残す工程と、
付着される材料のための一以上のガス状前駆体を含む試薬ガスを、前記エンクロージャに開口している少なくとも一つの試薬ガス導入ダクトを介して前記エンクロージャに入れることにより、前記熱処理したプリフォーム内に材料を付着することにより、プリフォームを高密度化する工程と、
高密度化の間に、流出ガスを第一流出物出口とは異なる第二流出物出口から抜き出し、前記第二出口を前記熱処理工程中に閉める工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱処理工程中に前記エンクロージャから抜き出した流出ガスに含まれる金属、特にナトリウムを中和することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スチームを、前記第一流出物出口に接続した流出物排気パイプに注入することにより中和することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 不活性ガスとスチームとの混合物を注入することにより中和をおこなうことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 二酸化炭素を注入することにより中和をおこなうことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 不活性ガスと二酸化炭素との混合物を注入することにより中和をおこなうことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 熱処理中に流出ガスを抜き出しながら前記流出ガスに注入することにより中和を連続的におこなうことを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱処理後に、前記第一流出物出口に接続した前記排気パイプの壁に凝縮した金属を水和させることにより中和をおこなうことを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記第一流出物出口に接続した前記流出物排気回路を、熱処理後にパージすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流出物排気回路を、化学蒸気浸透法による高密度化工程中にパージすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記エンクロージャに試薬ガスを入れるための前記ダクトを、熱処理中に前記不活性ガスにより掃引することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 化学蒸気浸透法により前記プリフォームを高密度化する工程の後で、冷却ガスを前記エンクロージャに入れることにより高密度化プリフォームを冷却する工程を含み、前記冷却ガスを前記第一流出物出口を介して入れることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却ガスを、前記流出物排気回路の少なくとも一部分を介して入れることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
