Abstract

"SISTEMA DE PASTEURIZAçãO DE EMBALAGEM DE REDE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de embalagem de rede (10) e a um método de embalagem de um produto alimentício (P) entre as redes superior e inferior (14 e 25), onde a rede inferior (14) é transportada através de uma série de estações que moldam a rede inferior (14) em um componente de uma embalagem em uma estação de formação (18), e recebe o produto alimentício (P) em uma estação de abastecimento (20), e fecha a embalagem com a rede superior (25) em uma estação de fechamento (26), uma estação de pasteurização (300) é proporcionada entre a estação de abastecimento (20) e a estação de fechamento (26) e pasteuriza o produto alimentício (P).
