Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA VEDAçãO DA ABERTURA ENTRE UMA CARCAçA IMóVEL E UM EIXO ROTATIVO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a vedação da abertura entre uma carcaça imóvel e um eixo rotativo, compreendendo um anel de vedação do eixo apoiado imóvel na carcaça com um lábio de vedação de material polímero que toca o eixo mediante uma tensão elástica existente e uma roda de impulso com um emissor de impulso, circulando junto com o eixo, apoiado antes do anel de vedação do eixo na direção do ar exterior, que envolve o eixo em um intervalo radial, bem como um sensor apoiado imóvel para o registro dos movimentos de rotação da roda de impulso, sendo que o emissor de impulso (7) é formado por uma cápsula (24) cilíndrica com pólos magnéticos (8) voltados para fora, ou é constituído por uma roda de emissão (13) com dentes (14) e crenas colocados na circunferência externa, e pelo fato de que, por exigência de construção, o lábio de vedação (9) tem a forma de um disco em forma de anel circular, e na área de sua circunferência interna ele é alargado na direção da roda de impulso (7) e, com a circunferência interna, penetra na abertura formada pelo intervalo entre a cápsula (24) e o eixo (3).
