Claims (6)

  1. 축이 돌출하여 있는 트롤리 브라켓트, 그 축에 부착된 환상 허브, 및 그 허브의 외부와 회일의 내주사이에 배치된 베어링에 회전가능하게 지지된 환상 휘일로 구성되어 있고, 그 베어링의 축방향 외측단부가 휘일에 지지된 밀폐 디스크에 의해 밀보되어 있는 컨베이어 트롤리 조립체에 있어서, 상기 베어링의 축방향 내측단부가, 상기 축에 지탱되고, 트롤리 브라켓트와 휘일허브사이에 위치되어 있으며, 반경방향 및 축방향 외측으로 연장하고, 휘일의 축방향 내측 연부에 인접하여 그 휘일의 내주와 간격을 가지고 떨어져 위치되는 외주를 가진 환상 보호물과; 휘일에 부착되어 있고, 상기 보호물로 부터 축방향 외측으로 떠어져 있고 말단에 상기 보호물 및 휘일 허브에 인접하여 위치된 원주연부를 가진 반경방향 및 축방향외측으로 연장한 부분을 가지고 있으며, 그 부분과 보호물 사이의 축방향 간격이 보호물의 외주에서 감소하여 있는 제1환상 시일과; 휘일 허브에 부착되어 있고, 제1시일의 반경방향 외측으로 간격을 가지고 떨어져 있고 말단에 휘일의 내주에 인접이 위치된 주연부를 가진 반경방향 외측으로 연장한 부분을 가지고 있는 제2환상 시일; 및 상기 휘일에 부착되어 있고, 제2시일의 축방향 외측으로 간격을 가지고 떨어져 있고 말단에 휘일 허브에 인접히 위치된 주연부를 가진 반경방향 내측으로 연장한 부분을 가지고 있는 제3환상 시일의 조합에 의해 밀봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어 트롤리 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환상 보호물이 그의 외주로 부터 반경방향 내측으로 연장하는 홈을 가지고 있고, 그 홈이 보호물과 휘일사이에 배수 개구부를 형성하며, 그 배수 개구부가, 트롤리 조립체가 적립의 정규 작동위치에 있을때 휘일의 축방향 내측연부의 하방 및 내측으로 향하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어 트롤리 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 트롤리 브라켓트가 환상 보호물의 상기 홈과 계합하는 절결부를 가진것을 특징으로 하는 상기 컨베이어 트롤리 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 환상 보호물과 트롤리 브라켓트상에 제공된 상호계합가능한 위치 결정 수단들이 축상의 환상 보호물의 원주적 위치를 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 컨베이어 트롤리 조립체.
  5. 제1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 제1시일의 상기 원주연부가 환상 보호물의 외주와 휘일의 내주 사이의 간격쪽 반경방향 외측으로 향한 컵형태의 림을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 상기 컨베이어 트롤리 조립체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제1시일의 상기 원주연부가 상기 컵형의 림에 접합되고 휘일 허브와 계합하도록 반경방향 내측으로 연장하는 가요성의 접촉 시일을 또한 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 컨베이어 트롤리 조립체.
