Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE FORRAçãO PARA MAIOR RESISTêNCIA DA COROA". A presente invenção é uma estrutura de forração de enrijecimento da coroa composta de uma tira plana de material elastomérico reforçado com cordões essencialmente inextensíveis. A tira plana com reforço de cordão é envolta em espiral na carcaça do pneumático cru antes do enchimento na forma toroidal característica de uma carcaça de pneumático. Numa modalidade, a estrutura de forração fica disposta entre amortecedores e a estrutura de lona radial. Em outra modalidade, a forração fica disposta entre a estrutura de lona radial e o pano-forro interno. Numa outra modalidade, a estrutura de forração supradescrita tem um feixe adicional e estruturalmente contíguo feito de material elastomérico.
