Abstract

La présente addition concerne une enveloppe de bandage pneumatique susceptible de supporter des charges élevées à carcasse en corde d'acier et comprenant dans son talon un mélange de caoutchouc assurant l'adhérence. Cette enveloppe comprend une carcasse radiale 1 avec un pli unique de corde d'acier, dont les extrémités 2 sont ancrées sur une tringle de talon 3. On a prévu une nappe de renforcement en corde d'acier 6 dans la région du talon dont les extrémités sont retenues élastiquement par un élément d'amortissement 7 formant matelas en caoutchouc vulcanisé à fort pouvoir de rétablissement L'apex ou capuchon prévu à l'intérieur du talon sur la tringle 3 est réalisé dans le même caouchouc vulcanisé à fort pouvoir de rétablissement. L'invention s'applique aux poids lourds et autres véhicules industriels lourds.
