Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE MONOFILAMENTOS DE POLIPROPILENO, MONOFILAMENTOS DE PROPILENO E SEU USO". Em um processo de fabricação de monofilamentos de um polipropileno que apresentam um índice de fluxo de massa fundida (MFI) 230<198>C/2, 16 kg de 2 a 16 g/10 min, que possuem um diâmetro superior a 0,50 mm e uma resistência à abrasão melhorada, adiciona-se ao polipropileno 10 a 0,1 % em peso de um aditivo a montante da extrusora, e a seguir matéria fundida é fiada em um banho de água, estirada e bobinada. O monofilamento de um polipropileno que apresenta índice de fluxo de massa fundida (MFI) 230<198>C/2, 16 kg de 2 a 16 g/10 min, que possui um diâmetro superior a 0,50 mm e uma resistência à abrasão melhorada, apresenta uma resistência de pelo menos 50 cN/tex, para um alongamento correspondente ao esforço de tração máximo (alongamento à ruptura) de menos de 30 %. Ele apresenta, além disso, uma abrasão de menos de 0,05 e uma energia de ruptura relativa > 100 % após tratamento de 24 horas a 120<198>C.
