Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE AMINOTETRALINA COMO ANTAGONISTAS DO RECEPTOR MUSCARìNICO". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos que são de um modo geral antagonistas do receptor muscarínico M2/M3 e que são representados através da fórmula geral (I), na qual R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são como definidos no relatório descritivo ou isómeros individuais, misturas racêmicas ou não-racêmicas de isómeros ou sais ou solvatos aceitáveis dos mesmos. A invenção também refere-se a composições farmacêuticas que contenham tais compostos, processos para a preparação dos mesmos e o uso dos mesmos como agentes terapêuticos.
