Abstract

"MéTODO DE DETECçãO E/OU DE QUANTIFICAçãO, KIT DE REAGENTES E USO DO MéTODO". A presente invenção tem por objeto um método de detecção e/ou de quantificação de pelo menos um meio líquido, caracterizada pelo fato de utilizar partículas coloidais magnéticas funcionalizadas em superfície por pelo menos um ligante específico de um analito a ser detectado e/ou dosado e pelo fato de compreender: - a colocação em contato das referidas partículas com o referido meio a ser analisado, - a aplicação de um campo magnético ao referido meio, em uma intensidade suficiente para provocar a estruturação das referidas partículas magnéticas em forma de cadeias, - a manutenção desse campo magnético por um tempo suficiente para permitir o acoplamento ou a associação do analito considerado com pelo menos dois ligantes específicos presentes respectivamente em duas partículas vizinhas de uma cadeia, - a anulação do campo magnético, e - a determinação da presença e/ou ausência do referido analito e, se for o caso, de sua concentração através da presença ou da ausência de cadeia(s) permanente(s) de partículas magnéticas.
