Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás legalább egy analit detektálására és/vagykvantitatív meghatározására egy folyékony közegben. A találmánylényege az, hogy olyan mágneses kolloid részecskéket alkalmaznak,amelyeket a felületükön egy detektálandó és/vagy mérendő analitlegalább egy specifikus liganduma által reakcióképessé tesznek, ésamely eljárás során ezeket a részecskéket érintkezésbe hozzák azanalizálandó közeggel, a közeget olyan intenzitású mágneses térhatásának teszik ki, ami elégséges a mágneses részecskék láncokformájában való szerveződésének kiváltására, ezt a mágneses teretfenntartják olyan időtartamra, ami elégséges az adott analitkapcsolódásának vagy asszociációjának létrejöttéhez legalább kétspecifikus ligandummal, amelyek egy lánc két egymást követő szomszédosrészecskéjén vannak jelen, megszüntetik a mágneses teret, ésmegállapítják az analit meglétét és/vagy hiányát, és adott esetbenannak koncentrációját is, a mágneses kolloid részecskék folytonosláncának (láncainak) a folyékony közegben való megléte vagy hiányaalapján.
