Abstract
"UNIDADE TROCADORA DE CALOR PARA REATORES QUìMICOS ISOTéRMICOS". A presente invenção se refere a uma unidade trocadora de calor para reatores químicos (1) isotérmicos radiais ou axial-radiais, com uma configuração global que é substancialmente anular e cilíndrica, apresentando uma passagem (11) com um predeterminado diâmetro que se desenvolve axialmente através da mesma, sendo distinguida por compreender uma pluralidade de trocadores de calor (13) no formato de caixa substancialmente retangular e achatada, distribuídos em diversas disposições coaxiais e concêntricas, definindo na dita unidade (12) uma pluralidade de alinhamentos radiais, com uma disposição substancialmente radial, e em que os ditos trocadores (13) apresentam longos lados (13a) paralelos ao eixo da dita unidade (12) e lados curtos (13b) se estendendo radialmente, cada qual dos ditos trocadores (13 ) compreendendo uma câmara interna (17), idealizada para ser passada por um fluido de operação de troca de calor, em pelo menos um tubo distribuidor (19) e pelo menos um tubo coletor (20) do dito fluido de operação, associada a dois respectivos lados opostos (13a) do dito trocador e se estendendo ao longo dos mesmos, ditos tubos (19, 20) se encontrando em comunicação fluida, de um lado, com a dita câmara (17), através de pelo menos uma abertura (19a, 20a) ali formada e, de outro lado, com o exterior do dito trocador (13), através de respectivos elementos de entrada e saída (21, 22) para o dito fluido de operação.
