Abstract
Una unidad de intercambio de calor para reactores quimicos para reactores quimicos radiales o axiales-radiales isotermicos (1), con una configuracion total la cual es sustancialmente anular y cilindrica que tiene un pasaje (11) con un diametro predeterminado que corre a traves de esta axialmente, se distingue porque comprende una pluralidad de intercambiadores de calor en forma de caja aplanada, sustancialmente rectangulares (13), distribuidos en muchos arreglos coaxiales y concentricos, que definen en la unidad (12) una pluralidad de alineaciones radiales con un arreglo sustancialmente radial, y donde se pretende que los intercambiadores (13) que tienen lados largos (13a) paralelos al eje de la unidad (12) y lados cortos (13b) que se extienden radialmente, cada uno de los intercambiadores (13) comprende una camara interna (17), sean atravesados por un fluido de intercambio de calor de operacion, en al menos un tubo distribuidor (19) y al menos un tubo colector (20) del fluido en operacion, asociado con dos lados opuestos respectivos (13a) del intercambiador (13) y que se extienden a lo largo de ellos, estando los tubos (19, 20) en comunicacion fluidica, sobre un lado, con la camara (17) a traves de al menos una abertura (19a, 20a) formada en ella y, sobre el otro lado, con el exterior del intercambiador (13), a traves de aditamentos de entrada y salida respectivos (21, 22) para el fluido de operacion.
