Dispositivo de aplicação ocular de um princípio ativo (1) que compreende um eletrodo principal (2) que possui uma camada isolante, uma camada de adesivo própria para ligar a camada isolante a uma camada condutora, caracterizado pelo fato de que o eletrodo principal apresenta uma zona (21, 22) própria para entrar em contato com uma pálpebra de um olho.
