Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE PóS METáLICOS CONSISTINDO EM PARTìCULAS IRREGULARES". A presente invenção refere-se à produção de um pó metálico consistindo em partículas chamadas irregulares de superfície fissurada, isto é, um pó pulverizados por água. O objetivo da invenção é se obter uma forma de superfície irregular dos grãos de pó (23) em uma classe estreita de peso para imprimir uma alta porosidade com uma distribuição homogênea para o corpo sinterizado. Para essa finalidade, em uma primeira etapa, a corrente de despejo (2) é desviada em sua direção de fluxo e é aumentada em sua superfície e, em uma segunda etapa, a corrente de despejo de superfície aumentada (21) é desviada novamente em sua direção de fluxo e é dividida e as partículas metálicas líquidas (22) formadas são aceleradas e, em uma terceira etapa, as partículas metálicas líquidas deslocadas (22) são aplicadas e divididas, em um ângulo <sym> de entre 10 e 90<198> com relação à direção de deslocamento da mesma, com uma corrente de alta velocidade (51) formada pelo menos parcialmente a partir de um meio líquido e as partículas (23) são então solidificadas. De acordo com uma modalidade da invenção, a fim de se reduzir o aquecimento excessivo da fusão de metal e/ou para se aperfeiçoar a qualidade do pó metálico produzido, a corrente de despejo (2) é desviada em sua direção de fluxo e um aumento de superfície da mesma (21) é realizado, em uma primeira etapa do método, e/ou a corrente de despejo de superfície aumentada (21) é desviada e dividida e as partículas metálicas líquidas formadas (22) são aceleradas, na segunda etapa do método, com pelo menos uma corrente (6, 31, 41) formada a partir de pelo menos um gás aquecido ou uma mistura de gás aquecida.
