Abstract
"CéLULA-TRONCO PLURIPOTENTE PRODUZIDA E TRADADA COM UM AGENTE DE REPROGRAMAçãO SOB MEDIDA; UTILIZAçãO DA MESMA; E MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE CéLULA, óRGãO OU TECIDO". Um dos objetivos da atual invenção é eficientemente determinar células, tecidos e órgãos capazes de servirem como doadores para o tratamento de doenças, sem que isso leve a respostas imunológicas de rejeição e sem que isso seja feito a partir de células de óvulos. Este objetivo foi conseguido através de uma célulatronco pluripotente com um genoma desejado. A célula foi produzida e tratada com um agente de reprogramação, produzindo uma célula de fusão de uma célula-tronco deficiente em MHC com uma célula somática, ou após a produção de uma célula de fusão de uma célula-tronco com uma célula somática, removendo-se um gene derivado da célula-tronco e realizando manipulação genética com um retrovírus.
