Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO, UM SUBSTRATO REVESTIDO, UM ADESIVO, FILME OU FOLHA". A invenção descreve um processo para preparação de um revestimento, substrato revestido, filme ou folha, no qual uma mistura de revestimento compreende um sistema reativo de um composto ou polímero poliisocianato-funcional, policetona-funcional, poliepóxido-funcional, polianidrido-funcional e/ou policarbonato-funcional, e uma dispersão ou pó fino de um composto contendo um hidrogênio reativo, cuja mistura não é reativa ou é pouco reativa em temperatura ambiente, é aplicada em um substrato, resultando em um substrato revestido com a mistura de revestimento, seguido pela reação dos compostos mencionados acima por elevação de temperatura, sendo que a temperatura de reação e, conseq³entemente, a taxa de reação, pode ser ajustada como desejado pela adição de um aditivo à mistura de revestimento, ou a um dos reagentes da mistura de reação, antes da mistura com o outro componente. De acordo com a invenção, opcionalmente um segundo sistema reativo está presente e ambos os sistemas são essencialmente reagidos como uma reação seq³encial em duas etapas enquanto entre estas etapas de reação o revestimento é remoldado. A invenção inclui ainda o produto obtido pelo processo.
