Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA CAIXA OU DE UMA PEçA DE CONEXãO PARA UMA CAIXA DE UMA TUBULADURA DE VáLVULA DE ESTRANGULAMENTO E TUBULADURA DE VáLVULA DE ESTRANGULAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de uma caixa (1) de uma tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento e a uma tubuladura de uma válvula de estrangulamento. Esta caixa (1) compreende uma abertura de passagem (2) onde a válvula de estrangulamento (9) é disposta de modo giratório em torno de um eixo giratório (8) que se estende perpendicularmente em relação à extensão longitudinal da abertura de passagem (2). Em uma posição fechada, a válvula de estrangulamento (9) se apóia com sua borda radialmente perimetral da mesma numa área de começo da válvula de estrangulamento (6) na parede interna da abertura de passagem (2). A área de começo da válvula de estrangulamento (6) vai da área de apoio da válvula de estrangulamento (9) na parede interna da abertura de passagem (2) em direção de abertura (5) da válvula de estrangulamento e possui uma seção transversal circular que é deslocada ao longo do eixo longitudinal (10) da abertura de passagem (2). A área de afluxo (4) e a área de saída (7) que ficam adjacente à área do começo da válvula de estrangulamento (6) no lado de afluxo e no lado de saída expandem-se para fora de modo cónico. A parede interna da abertura de passagem (2) possui uma superfície feita por moldagem por injeção sem acabamento mecânico com uma rebarba de separação de macho (20) central que se estende desde o ponto (18) mais afastado transversalmente do eixo giratório (8) da passagem entre a extremidade da área do começo da válvula de estrangulamento (6) e a área de afluxo (4) até o ponto mais afastado (19) transversalmente em relação ao eixo giratório (8) da passagem entre a área do começo da válvula de estrangulamento (6) e a área de saída (7), e que é alinhado em direção da extensão longitudinal do eixo giratório (8) da válvula de estrangulamento (9).
