Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA CAIXA DE TUBULADURA DE VáLVULA DE ESTRANGULAMENTO E DE UMA VáLVULA DE ESTRANGULAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de uma caixa de tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento (1) e de uma válvula de estrangulamento (2) como peças feitas com moldagem por injeção, sendo que a caixa de tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento possui uma abertura de passagem (5) que pode ser bloqueada pela válvula de estrangulamento (2). Ao longo de um eixo giratório que se estende transversalmente ao eixo longitudinal (4) da abertura de passagem (5), a válvula de estrangulamento (2) possui um furo de eixo contínuo (3), onde pode ser introduzido de modo resistente à torção um eixo de válvula de estrangulamento (16), que com suas extremidades, protuberantes para fora do furo de eixo (3) em ambos os lados, se projetam para dentro de furos de apoio coaxiais (6) com o furo de eixo na caixa da tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento (1). Nisto, a válvula de estrangulamento (2), na sua posição fechada, encosta com sua borda radialmente perimetral na parede interna (14) da abertura de passagem (5). A caixa da tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento (1) junto com a válvula de estrangulamento (2) em posição fechada é produzida como uma peça inteiriça moldada por injeção em um molde para moldagem por injeção. Nisto, a válvula de estrangulamento (2), na sua borda (13) radialmente perimetral, é unida à parede interna (14) da abertura de passagem (5), e depois da solidificação da peça moldada por injeção, retirada do molde, a válvula de estrangulamento (3) ao longo da sua borda radialmente perimetral (13) é separada da parede interna (14) da abertura de passagem (5) por meio de um corte.
