Abstract
"MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADA, POLIPEPTìDEO, GENE QUIMéRICO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO, PRODUTO, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO, MéTODO DE REGULAçãO E GENE MUTADO". A presente invenção refere-se à bioprodução de difosfato de isopentenila no látex da seringueira, Hevea brasiliensis. A síntese de difosfato de isopentenila (IPP) a partir de acetato é mediada por um conjunto de enzimas codificadas por seis genes isolados na forma de cDNAs de marca de seq³ência expressa (EST) de látex de Hevea brasiliensis. Além disso, descobriu-se uma seq³ência variante de uma destas enzimas, Acetil-CoA acetiltransferase.
