Abstract
"EIXO PARA VEìCULO E MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR O MESMO". Trata-se de um eixo de veículo que possui uma parte intermediária rígida (2) com uma manga de eixo (3) soldada junto a cada uma das extremidades da última. A manga de eixo (3) e/ou a parte intermediária (2) são/é proporcionada com uma redução da espessura do material (, 9) dentro de uma distância a partir das superfícies de contato (4) que é igual a menos do que substancialmente a metade da espessura do material nas superfícies de contato (4), de modo a guiar o fluxo de força através da costura por solda (10). Durante a fabricação de tais eixos de veículo, as superfícies de contato (4) mutuamente entrando em contato são soldadas por laser para formar uma costura por solda (10) que pode totalmente penetrar no material das mangas de eixo (43 e da parte intermediária (2) respectivamente, por meio do que a concentricidade e o paralelismo das duas mangas de eixo (3) estarão dentro de tolerâncias de dimensão predeterminadas após a solda e o esfriamento do material. A disposição possui um dispositivo de aquecimento por indução (30) que envolve a manga de eixo (3) e é móvel de forma axial de modo que, após a conclusão do aquecimento, ela move-se para liberar as mangas de eixo (3) soldadas com a parte do eixo (2).
