Abstract

"UMA PREPARAçãO FARMACêUTICA AQUOSA DE CILOSTAZOL PARA UTILIZAçãO PARENTERAL". A presente invenção se refere a uma preparação farmacêutica aquosa de cilostazol para utilização parenteral. Em concordância com a presente invenção, a adição de um composto de ciclodextrina para a preparação farmacêutica aquosa de cilostazol para utilização parenteral que compreende cilostazol ou um sal farmacologicamente aceitável do mesmo como um ingrediente ativo, pode aumentar a solubilidade em água de cilostazol ou um sal farmacologicamente aceitável do mesmo, dando uma preparação farmacêutica aquosa para utilização parenteral de cilostazol ou um sal farmacologicamente aceitável do mesmo, da qual a estabilidade com o tempo no estado líquido é aperfeiçoada.
