Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO DE DETECçãO DE FOGO ATRAVéS DE FORMAçãO DE IMAGEM DA CHAMA". A invenção refere-se a aparelho e método para realizar primeiro e segundo processos de formação de imagem contemporaneamente, em particular onde um dos processos está detectando incêndios com base em imagens das chamas. O aparelho inclui um sensor de imagem para produzir uma imagem de vídeo, um capturador de quadros para capturar primeiros quadros e segundos quadros, um processador para processar os dados dentro dos quadros e um dispositivo de saída. O aparelho pode incluir também um mecanismo de ajuste para ajustar as regulagens de imagem do sensor de imagem entre regulagens adequadas para formação de imagem de chamas e formação de imagem de não-chamas e um mecanismo de controle para controlar regulagens de imagem do superfície interna. No método pelo menos os primeiros quadros são obtidos e uma pluralidade de segundos quadros são obtidos. Os primeiros e segundos quadros são usados para primeiros e segundos processos. Os primeiros e segundos processos são contemporâneos, de modo que eles são realizados dentro do mesmo período de tempo sem interferir um com o outro. Quando o primeiro processo é detecção de chamas, pares individuais de pixels tendo uma propriedade, tal como intensidade, que satisfaz um primeiro limite, são identificados dentro dos primeiros quadros e são montados em blobs. Propriedades adicionais dos pares de pixels e a totalidade de blobs são avaliadas em relação com limites adicionais. Os blobs ou pixels que não satisfazem os limites são excluídos. Quaisquer blobs restantes após todas as avaliações são considerados incêndios.
