Abstract

ESTABILIZAÇÃO DE IMAGEM EM TEMPO REAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e um método para a estabilização de quadros de imagem em um fluxo de dados de vídeo. Uma média ponderada ou um centróide da intensidade ou da tonalidade associada aos pixels versus a posição horizontal e a vertical de cada pixel é calculado para um quadro de referência no fluxo de dados de vídeo. Um centróide correspondente é calculado para o quadro subseqüente no fluxo. Este quadro de imagem então é transladado de modo que o centróide do quadro subseqüente e o centróide do quadro de referência coincidam, reduzindo-se artefatos de tremidas do dispositivo de captura de vídeo. Alternativamente, os quadros de fluxo de vídeo podem ser divididos em blocos e os centróides calculados para cada bloco. Os centróides dos blocos de um quadro subseqüente passam por um ajuste de curva em relação aos centróides de blocos em um quadro de referência. Uma transformada de atribuição de valores finitos a grandezas finitas então é realizada no quadro subseqüente, para a redução de artefatos na imagem de movimentos do dispositivo de captura de vídeo.
